I use this one a lot and find it quite good.

this app displayed a temperature that seemed accurate, very quickly, within six seconds though the app was displaying a full page ad I cant tolerate this...

Basically a less functional weather app. No purpose to this at all. The description does warn that it gets the temperature based on your gps, but an app named thermometer should actually measure the temperature of the room youre in.

Uses GPS to lookup local temperature. Not at all a thermometer app...just adware.

It is not a thermometer. It is a waste of time.

This app requires your location in order to work, and I dont like allowing apps access to location services.

This is a terrible app and I hate it! Its says that the temperature is in the 90s in a house that is about 72 so its terrible for sure!

It asked for my location and then proceeded to give me the same temperature that my weather app says it is outside. I put it in the fridge for a moment and it still read 75°. I dont think so...

I thought it would tell the temperature in the room where I am. It simply tells the current temperature of the location I am geographically which is also available at the weather.com app, it doesnt measure anything itself. Very misleading name.

As the other reviewers have stated, this eludes to being a thermometer or something that could measure the room temperature. It is not. It is a weather app/wont work unless location enabled-tells outside temp. Dont waste the memory space. Use your weather app. This same developer has several other apps - the reviews are awful except for suspiciously similar glowing reviews that appear fake.

This app the celcious button all the buttons are such a pain for them to work. You have to press multiple times. Pretty easy to fix. And update artwork for iPhone 4. My only complaint is the buttons.

Heck..... Im in my car and this App gives me the local temp. I thought I had the weather App to give me these stats!?!? So you apple creatives, how about a thermostat in the next generation of iPhones. At least it will show us the temp where ever we walk, talk, stand, and lay.

Mine says it needs the current location. But I cant find anywhere to set it.

I dont know why some people dont like thermometer apps. I like this one b/c very simple. It would be nice if the app can show the time temp measured.

Fast, more accurate than my standard weather apps for temp. I use this all the time.
